Our meat is aging several weeks with our farmers in special cooling boxes. The longer meat matures, the better, tender and more tasty it becomes.

Something for everyone

Each part of meat is specific, that’s why everyone finds their own right piece of steak. MANZO in Italy means beef, so it’s obvious what you can find here.

About our meat

Our meat comes mainly from the PIEMONTESE breed typical for the Italian region of the city of Turin. The meat does not come from young bulls as usually. This is because we found out that meat from young heifers is much more delicate. This meat has a distinct pure taste and preserves its juice. Thanks to the unique properties of marbling - fat storage in the muscles - the beef is juicy and has its typical flavour.

Burgres

We mince the meat for burgers ourselves, thanks to the aforementioned aging and marbling, the meat is juicy and delicate even without adding any unnecessary ingredients. To preserve and accentuate the taste of meat in hamburgers, we add only a little salt and spices, nothing more. We have prepared several types of hamburgers for you and every month you can enjoy a new hamburger in our menu.

We have prepared a variety of steaks for you. The offer is not permanent; it always depends on which parts of meat our farmers deliver. Each cow has always only one piece of meat - one tenderloin, one sirloin and the demand is high. We try to provide the widest selection of steaks and also the best of them, such as T-BONE steak or FIORENTINA. That's why we are constantly looking for new farms that have the same philosophy as we do. From our menu of steaks you can choose:

Our Team

Chefs and their right hand - work forces work with passion and love for meat and food itself. It matters to them what you get on the plate, so they prepare and produce themselves almost everything. From cutting and grinding meat, through pasta production to making sauces, salsa to hamburgers and desserts. They will be happy to welcome you personally and stop at your table to make sure you enjoyed your meal.

Our lovely waiters will welcome you with a warm smile on their faces. They create a great atmosphere behind the counter and in front of it. Every morning, they cannot wait to make the day a bit more beautiful for you. They will be happy to introduce our meat and help you to choose your steak or hamburger.
